211 East 43rd Street (the “Building”) is a twenty-five story (25) 210,069 square foot, through-block office building with a lobby entrance on 43rd Street between Second and Third Avenues, just blocks from Grand Central Terminal and the United Nations. The façade of the building is brick. The architectural firm who initially designed the building was Jardine, Hill & Murdock in 1928.
